Hello Families,
Room 3 earned a special day by getting 20 helping hearts during lunch time and they chose a PJ Day. PJ Day will be on Monday, February 1st. We will be watching a video in the afternoon and students are welcome bring a snack to have during that time. Please keep all stuffies, blankets, and pillows at home.

Hello Families,
Today was a perfect day to start our snowflake inquiry. As a class we discussed symmetry and how it related to snowflakes. We created our our own snowflakes with building blocks to create our own symmetrical snowflakes. We then took advantage of the snowy day and when outside to observe some real snowflakes and look at their characteristics.
We are ALMOST finished The Wild Robot by Peter Brown. Tomorrow we will read the last chapter. We are all eager to find out how it ends!
