Winter Walk Day

Reminder, tomorrow is Winter Walk Day!

We will be be outside from 10:30-11:00.

Please make sure your child is dressed appropriately.

Wednesday, February 12 Events

Hello Families,

We will be having a Valentines Day Party which will be happening in the morning on Wednesday, February 12th. Students are welcome to bring Valentines for the class, however there needs to be one for everyone in the class. For a list of students first names, please email me and I will send one your way. 

We will be doing a craft, reading valentines, and having snacks. Students are welcome to bring games from home if they would like. 

In the afternoon, our school will be having a literacy assembly. Students will gather together to participate in a whole-school literacy assembly, followed by an opportunity for families to come and read together in our school environment.  

Please join us on February 12^th, 2020 starting at 2:00pm and “Let’s Read Together”!

Leighton Art Centre Field Trip

Hello Families,

This is a reminder that our Leighton Art Centre trip is tomorrow, February 11th. We will be leaving LBS at 8:45am and returning to LBS at 2:30pm.

Students will need to pack:

Water bottle
Snack
Lunch
Backpack

We are expecting some snowfall tomorrow, so please ensure that your child is dressed appropriately for the weather and good shoes/boots for walking.

The MAPSS Movie Event is a month away and it is time to get your tickets!

On Wednesday, February 12^th, 2020, students at Lake Bonavista School will be celebrating Family Literacy Day!
